1. About Us

These terms govern your use of the Rexish LTD website and any services we provide. Rexish LTD ("we," "our," or "us") is a company registered in the United Kingdom and operates multiple divisions, including Rexish Digital Solutions, which provide web development, mobile application development, and related digital services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

Rexish LTD provides web development, mobile application development, and related digital services. All project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in writing before work begins.

3. Payments

• A deposit may be required before work begins, as agreed in your project proposal.
• Final payment is due upon project completion before handover.
• Monthly maintenance fees apply after the free maintenance period, as outlined in your chosen plan.
• Late payments may result in suspension of hosting or maintenance services.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all required content, approvals, and feedback necessary to complete the project. Delays in providing required materials or approvals may affect project timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final deliverables of your project. Rexish LTD retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Hosting & Domain

Free hosting and domain periods are as specified in your chosen plan. After the free period, continued hosting and domain registration will be charged at the monthly rate stated in your plan. Failure to pay may result in your website going offline.

7. Maintenance

Free maintenance covers bug fixes, minor content updates, and security patches during the free period. After the free period, maintenance is charged at the monthly rate in your plan. Maintenance does not include new features or redesigns.

8. Third Party Services

Our services may rely on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, domain registrars, analytics providers, or other software services. Rexish LTD is not responsible for outages, disruptions, or policy changes made by these third-party providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rexish LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant project.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

If the client or any third party makes unauthorized modifications to the project that affect functionality, security, performance, or the agreed scope of work, Rexish LTD reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract. Rexish LTD will not be responsible for any resulting issues or damages caused by such modifications.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
